Ingredients that you will need for sweet potato fries are – Large-sized sweet potatoes; 1 tbsp of olive oil (extra virgin type); 1 tsp of cumin; ¼ tsp paprika; ½ tsp of sea salt; any cooking oil spray; cayenne pepper. Snack preparation steps Preheat the oven to 400 F, and keep your sweet potatoes readily cut into wedges or sticks. Mix and toss the cut wedges of the potatoes with a drizzle of olive oil. Mix cumin, sea salt, and paprika, and sprinkle them over the potatoes. In a baking tray, spray the baking sheet with the oil spray, or use a baking mat. Line out the cut potatoes in a single layer on the tray and then bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
